The Puławy Enterprise Centre Foundation is non-governmental, non-profit organisation.
The Foundation was established on April, 1994 as the Puławy local-government, companies and organisation common initiative, which acts for the local economical development and reduce unemployment.
The main goals of the Foundation are:
- establishment and management of business incubators
- increase and improvement economical activity of SMEs
- reduce unemployment
- job market activation.
Foundation acts for economical development of Puławy and region,it's open for co-operation with any organisations focused on promotion and supporting of SMEs and people needing re-schooling
The Foundation manages supporting programmes for SMEs.
The Foundation is a member of National Service System.

The Puławy Enterprise Centre Foundation carries out its activity in three modules:
Business Incubator
Business Support Centre
Training Centre
Business Incubator in Puławy is Puławy Enterprise Centre Foundation and Lublin Development Foundation common initiative. Its acting from January, 1994 when Puławy City delivered of real estate in Puławy. Thanks to financial supporting of Puławy City, National Job Office, Ministry of Job and Social Policy (Business Development Project called TOR 10) during three first years of Foundation activity was made:
three buildings modernisation
buying of office equipment and equipment for companies
Such activities of the Foundation result in convenient condition for development for SMEs and client of incubators started their activities.
The next step of incubator activity was in 1997-1998.
Polish - British Enterprise Project supported modernisation of next three buildings and put the estate, where the incubator's buildings are situated, of working order.
Thanks to all these activities Business Incubator in Puławy offers 3600 m2 for rent and it is on the top of all these kind of activities in Poland.
Nowadays, Business Incubator in Puławy offers its potential clients very good housing conditions, which supplies their needs.
Till now there was 45 companies in the incubator.
Now there are 25 producing and servicing companies in the incubator. They created about 140 new work places.
You can establish your own firm or its branch in the incubator.
Business Support Centre was established on December 1995. It's main goal is to support entrepreneurs on the initial phase and all who need supporting by consultation and information services. Business Support Centre gives our regional and local companies opportunities to participate in regional, national and international activities, such as: trade mission, fairs, competitions, promotion etc.

Training Centre was established in December, 1999.
The main goal of its activity is to give high quality training for:
- entrepreneurs
- starts - up
- employees improving their professional skills
- unemployed
- people searching new job
Centre offers training, in small groups, as following:
- marketing
- management
- negotiation
- finance
- book - keeping
- computer skills
Additionally, Centre offers training for individual company, which would like to improve professional skills of its employees.
